Deposits

Project deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial discovery/planning work. Deposits are [refundable within X days if work hasn’t started / non-refundable — choose the policy you actually want].

Milestone & Package Payments

• If a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, you are refunded for that milestone minus work already completed, assessed at our standard rate.

• Once a milestone or final deliverable has been approved and delivered, that portion of payment is non-refundable.

Unsatisfactory Work

If you’re not satisfied with delivered work, contact us within [X] days of delivery. We’ll work with you through the revision rounds included in your package to address the issue before any refund is considered.

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, hosting, API/model usage fees, licenses)

• Completed and approved milestones
