By using the Site or engaging KaliBlip for a project, you agree to these Terms. This policy applies to services purchased directly through KaliBlip (packages, deposits, or milestone payments).
Services
KaliBlip provides software development services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, backend/API development, and AI/ML integration. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work (“SOW”) for each engagement — these Terms apply alongside that agreement.
Project Engagement
Work begins only after scope, timeline, and payment terms are agreed in writing (email or signed proposal counts).
Timelines quoted are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or scope changes may extend delivery dates.
Revisions included are as specified in your chosen package or SOW. Requests beyond that scope may incur additional cost, quoted before work begins.
Payment
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, full payment) are specified per project.
Invoices are due within [X] days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Work may be paused if payment is significantly overdue.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (code, designs) built specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
KaliBlip retains the right to reuse general methods, frameworks, and non-client-specific code/components (e.g., internal tools, boilerplate) developed during the project.
KaliBlip may showcase completed work in a portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Third-Party Services & Costs
Some projects require third-party services (hosting, APIs, domain registration, AI model usage costs, etc.). Unless otherwise agreed, these costs are the client’s responsibility and are separate from KaliBlip’s service fees.
Warranties & Limitations
KaliBlip will perform services with reasonable skill and care.
Software is provided “as is” after delivery; ongoing maintenance/support is a separate, optional engagement unless included in your package.
KaliBlip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate an active project engagement with written notice. The client pays for work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
